The first edition of San Cosme’s new product line. With this product line, they focus more on the wild growing agaves. Thus, this mezcal uses a mix between the wild growing agave Madrecuixe, Tobalá and  Espandin. This gives the Mezcal a unique nose of smoky notes, wood and citrus. And a flavor palette containing of grass notes from the cooked agave, leather and smoke. The finish is long lasting with hints of citrus and leather.
