Bottled at 45 percent ABV, the spirit is clear and bright. The aroma opens with soft caramel, molasses, and hints of vanilla, followed by wild herbs. On the palate, smoky mesquite is layered with acacia blossom, green apple, and fresh garden pea notes. These flavors are wrapped in a smooth mineral character that adds elegance.
The finish is long and well-balanced, with citrus peel and floral herbs slowly fading. There’s depth, but also purity in every sip. This mezcal expresses the complexity of wild Tobalá without overwhelming the senses.
