Koch Espadin is made with 100% farm-grown agave Espadin in San Baltazar with 7-9 years of maturation.
The nose is herbaceous and has notes of river stones, light smoked touches, pecan shells, freshly cut grass, campfire smoke and slightly under-ripe pineapple can be found in this mezcal.
On the palate it has a dominant cooked pineapple flavour, sweet and subtle fruity tones, a light taste of coconut mixed with herbs and spices and a light smoke.
