Made of a combination of Espadin and Tobala agave. The Espadin agaves are carefully selected by the Maestro Mezcalero and harvested at 8 years of age and the Tobalá is harvested at 12 years of age in wild natural conditions. For superior quality, the Espadin-Tobalá is first distilled twice separately and then brought together for a final triple distillation.
The final result is a ripe agave and pumpkin aroma with a citrus and smoky touch on the nose. And on the palate has a spicy and earthy character with sweet notes of vanilla.
