Nuestra Soledad San Luis del Río

This Nuestra Soledad is an artisanal single village mezcal from the well known village of San Luis del Río in Oaxaca. Produced by the Cortés family, it represents one of the most recognized mezcal terroirs, therefore offering clarity and balance.

This mezcal is made from 100% Espadín agave. Traditional production methods are used, including underground pit ovens and copper pot distillation. These techniques preserve the pure agave character while allowing the village profile to shine. On the nose, fresh cooked agave appears first. Notes of citrus peel, herbs, and light smoke follow. Subtle mineral tones add freshness and precision.

On the palate, the mezcal is bright and well structured. Sweet agave leads, supported by citrus, herbal notes, and clear minerality. Gentle smoke adds depth without dominating.
