This mezcal represents the third release in San Cosme’s latest product line, emphasizing the use of wild-grown agaves. In this particular edition, 100% Tobalá agaves are employed. Due to the rarity of harvesting and growing wild agaves, only 1100 bottles of this edition are available globally. The mezcal boasts a rich flavor profile featuring scents of caramelized butter with a touch of spice. It concludes with a fine and enduring finish, highlighted by sweet-fresh notes of apples and minerals.
